Origins.

Waxed canvas was born at sea.

In the 15th century, sailors coated their heavy flax sails with fish oils to keep out water and catch more wind. When the sails wore out, the offcuts were turned into makeshift waterproof capes the earliest oilskin clothing.

By the 18th century, linseed oil replaced fish oils, creating a more durable treatment. Later, textile mills refined the process further with paraffin-waxed cotton: lighter, stronger, and longer-lasting.


Fishermen, explorers, and soldiers relied on it. In the early 20th century, motorcyclists adopted waxed cotton jackets for protection against wind and rain.


What began as a simple necessity evolved into jackets, packs, and tents gear built to endure. Waxed canvas doesn’t just survive the years; it records them. Every crease, mark, and patina carries the spirit of those first sailors who needed something that could stand up to the sea.

    The love for handmade craft and purposeful clothing was the trigger for an idea that later became a company and took its first steps in the field back in 2023. The company consists of a small dedicated team that works around the clock to produce high quality garments. Every item we make is built to last, developed in our "077 service station-studio" the heart of our work, where ideas and machines blend together.

    All of our products are short run pieces and of course handmade. No fast fashion here 🛠️

    We send all our orders from our warehouse in West Greece within 1-5 days and yes we ship worldwide. All shipping is flat rate based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
